How to buy

We hope that shopping in the FERRAM online shop is simple and easy to understand, with a straightforward menu navigation and a wish list where you can save selected items for later purchase.

When you are placing your order, select the products you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping cart. (you can do this through our guest checkout process where no registration is required or you can register by creating a password-protected account where we will store your name and billing address for the next time you visit us). (If you wish to change your details you can do so at any time in the “My Account” section, where you will also find access to your “Wish List”).

Terms and conditions of online sales

These terms and conditions will be applied in the event that (the purchaser, the “customer”) places orders with Industrias FERRAM S.L.

1.1.- Contracting parties

These Conditions of Contract expressly regulate the relationship between Ferram and the User who purchases any of the products offered by FERRAM in its online shop. The User declares that he/she is a person with the capacity to contract and that he/she has read and understood this Agreement, which he/she accepts.

1.2.- Formalisation of orders

To submit orders, you must either go through the guest checkout process or register and obtain a User Account, always providing a valid billing address and payment details. In addition, you must be of the age of majority in the jurisdiction that applies to you. Once the order has been completed and the specific conditions have been accepted, if applicable, FERRAM will confirm the details of the order by email. In the event that the order confirmation document sent by Ferram is incorrect or does not meet your requirements, it should be modified or cancelled.

1.3.- Prices

The sales prices indicated in the Ferram online shop are in euros (EUR €). (The prices constitute an invitation to the User to make payments in favour of FERRAM, and should not be interpreted as directly binding on FERRAM, so that if there is any error in the indication on any page of the site informing of such a circumstance and the processing of the order will be cancelled).

Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union will be subject to VAT or equivalent tax.

Purchases to be delivered to territories outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla are exempt from VAT. Without prejudice to the foregoing, they shall be subject, where appropriate, to the taxes applicable in such territories.

Ferram expressly reserves the right to modify without prior notice, both the prices and the commercial offers presented in our online shop regarding products, promotions and other commercial and service conditions at any time. As a user, you should check the terms and conditions of the offer before ordering any product or service


In the event of import duties and/or customs formalities, these costs shall be borne by the purchaser

Taxes applied will always be in accordance with the legislation in force.

1.4.-Payment methods

You can pay for your purchases using the external virtual payment platforms (POS) Visa or PayPal. In order to enable Ferram to take the appropriate steps, you must notify us as soon as possible of any undue or fraudulent charge to the payment method used for the purchase in respect of which the infringement has occurred.

Failure to notify within 24 hours will exonerate Ferram from any liability for the refund.


We use authorised payment agents to help us validate directly with your bank that your card is valid for the purchase you make in our online shop. Our payment agent will process your card details in accordance with the international PCI DSS security standards developed by the banking companies VISA, Mastercard, Diners, Amercian Express and JBC. In the process, we certify that the details of your card details are processed with a high level of security. To guarantee that your purchases are as secure as possible all your information will be sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocols, this means that all information will be transmitted over a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by third parties.


A) Shipments

FERRAM will make available to you as many shipping methods as possible under the agreements reached between Ferram and the different logistics service companies.

Once the delivery time of your FERRAM order has been confirmed, the material will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours to the shipping address notified to us.

It requires someone to be at the address during working hours and a contact telephone number (with a 4-5 hour window to coordinate delivery).

If, for reasons of availability, a product cannot be delivered within the deadlines indicated during the purchase process, Ferram will contact the customer by email within a maximum of 48 working hours. The customer may choose to cancel his order without incurring any additional costs.

Purchasing means that you understand and accept the delivery times. Ferram does not ship on public holidays, Saturdays or Sundays

In addition, transport times may be altered due to extraordinary incidents in the logistics services company/s, difficulties in the delivery of the goods and/or force majeure; in any case, no delay in delivery with respect to the times indicated shall entitle the user purchaser to claim any compensation whatsoever.

B). Cancellations

You can cancel your order by sending an email to tiendaweb@ferram.es up to 12 hours after receiving the order confirmation email. Ferram will not accept cancellations after this time.

C). Warranties

The provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law on Users and other complementary laws shall apply. In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, we will opt for the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund, in accordance with the established legal terms.

You will have a period of 14 working days from receipt of the order to return the order. You must inform FERRAM within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, of your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You may return any item you have purchased from the Ferram online shop as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. Return costs shall be borne by the customer In these cases, Ferram will refund the purchase price by means of a credit note using the same payment method used for your purchase. Ferram will not refund the amount or resend the goods until it has verified the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the item being returned.

Conditions governing the return of products:

1) Original defective product: FERRAM will exchange the defective product for the same article or reference once the defective product has been received. FERRAM will be responsible for the return and reshipment costs. In the event that the customer wishes to exchange for another article or reference, the customer shall bear the cost of return and reshipment. In the event of deterioration or non-conformity of the product due to transport, FERRAM must be notified within 2 calendar days of receipt of the shipment by e-mail to tiendaweb@ferram.es.

2) Incorrect product: Ferram will bear the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivering the product corresponding to the one ordered.

E). Product images

The illustrative photographs in Ferram’s online shop may differ from the actual appearance of the product due to photographic filters and balances, as well as the difference in screen resolutions that may be used to display the images. FERRAM undertakes to ensure that the colours and tones of the objects photographed and displayed in its online shop are as close to reality as possible, but cannot provide a full guarantee in this respect.

1.7.-Applicable law and jurisdiction

The applicable law in the event of a dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up these Online Sales Conditions shall be Spanish law, unless the consumer and user protection regulations establish the applicability of a different legislation.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise in connection with the purchase of products or services that may be offered in the online shop, Ferram and the User agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile, provided that the same is located in Spanish territory.
